Last Call :: 2009 Openings (and a sneaky peek!)

Howdy, Folks! This is Big… er… no. Sorry that slipped out, but I am stoked about the State Fair of Texas opening today! The only years I missed it were the years I was in college, living in St. Louis. Mikel and I are thinking about making a trip tomorrow morning before our senior shoot! So excited!

Now… down to bidz-ness… because it’s business time…

The following 3 dates are the ONLY dates left on the 2009 calendar. That’s it! (*one exception – pregnant mamas can schedule shoots in December for their newborns!)

Sunday, November 8 (afternoon)
Saturday, November 21 (morning OR afternoon)
Sunday, November 22 (afternoon)

Once those are gone, 2009 is booked (and I have a feeling they’ll be gone soon! I’ve been booking like CRAZY this week!). Please note that those dates do not necessarily guarantee photos in time for Christmas, but I will definitely do my best to get them to you in time!

I am officially opening up the 2010 calendar as of today. I’ll come back from my holiday hiatus on January 9th. January and February will be a great time for 2010 seniors to get in before the rush of the end of the year – having your portraits done will be one less thing to worry about!

FAQs

How much does a session cost?
The session fee is $125 for babies, children, seniors, couples, and families of 4 or less. Additional fees may apply to larger groups.

How much do prints cost?
Prints vary in price, with gift prints (8x10s and smaller) starting at $25. Print packages are available that provide significant savings to clients. If you would like to see a full pricing guide, please .

Do you have a studio?
Not at this time. All sessions will take place "on location" - your home, a park, in the city, or another location of your choice. Deena does have props and backgrounds to use with infants and small children that can travel to the location of your choice.

Can I purchase the files?
Digital negatives of finished images with printing permissions are available for purchase a la carte or as part of a package.

About Deena

I'm a Texas Native, Plano Wildcat (Class of '01!), wife, daughter, sister, and soon-to-be Mommy of a little girl who will be making her debut in August of 2010. I currently am a teacher as well - imparting knowledge of US History on the moldable, and sometimes easily distractable, minds of 8th graders at a public middle school in the DFW area.

I have been studying photography since I was 13 - I joined the yearbook staff my 8th grade year and never looked back! Design and photography became my artistic outlet to an often nerdy existance - after all, I was the captain of the Whiz Quiz team (think team Jeopardy) my senior year in high school!
