I found these while editing Katie’s 1 year session…

mmm… ice cream mouth!

Fashionably Classic and Fresh Photography in the Dallas - Fort Worth Area

So… Madi’s shoot started off normally. We were playing around behind the scenes in downtown McKinney:

But then… wait… what’s this? A train track?!

And then… in the words of Gossip Girl… O. M. G.

Gorgeous girl + Gold Dress + Grain field = Wow

Then we started playing with the bronze/gold reflector…

Those flowers Madi’s holding were put together by her awesome boyfriend, Caleb, who was quite the assistant at Madi’s shoot. He got her to smile, pose, and relax… thanks Caleb for coming along today!

Julie and Madi (and Caleb!) – thank you SO much for such a fun shoot. These are just some of my favorites… I can’t wait to share the rest of the shoot with you!

I got to spend time with the adorable Katie yesterday – she’s a speedy one! We started outside, where Katie tried to eat the daisies:

I couldn’t help myself… I had to throw this one into black and white:

Katie’s Mama, Christy, wanted one of Katie and her big sister, Lanie, walking together. I think it turned out so cute!

Christy – the full gallery is coming soon. I promise!

Ok, those of you who have feed readers or are fervent blog stalkers know that this is take 2 of this post. The reasoning: Last night, I thought I’d be all cool and edit on my laptop. Everything looked great on my laptop screen. I went to bed drunk with laptop editing power! This morning, I got up, looked at blog and said to myself: “Oh no. Oh. HECK. NO!” If you saw the original post, you know what I mean! Ms. Kelcie is way too pretty for my laptop to make me butcher her photos like that! Lesson learned! No more laptop edits!
But, there’s a definite upside: I’ve gotten to choose a few more photos to share!!!
First up, Kelcie rockin’ her fabulous bright dress:

Red Door Magic:

Lovin’ the blue dress!

This girl doesn’t take a bad photo…

Ms. Kelcie, I am SO glad you are going to be a Senior Ambassador for the Class of 2010! Your full gallery is coming soon!

We had such an awesome shoot with the B family this afternoon – I couldn’t wait to get home and get home and get their previews on the blog. The main emphasis of the afternoon was to get some newborn shots of Mr. R – he’s a mere 3 weeks old!

Some Daddy snuggles:

Sleepy time!

Big Brother J got in on the act too:

Thanks again for such a wonderful afternoon, B Family! I’ll have your full gallery to you soon!
