Lanie’s 3 :: Dallas Children’s Photographer

Miss Lanie recently turned the big 3 and gave me a run for my money during her photo shoot.

This face isn’t mischevious… no…

A thoughtful look:

I’m not sure what I did to elicit this face, but I love it!

New Product :: Mounts

First and foremost, you have to forgive me – I’m not a product photographer! I wanted to share one of my newest products with you – the Mount! Between a print and a canvas wrap, the mount is a print mounted on 3/4 inch black foam core that is ready to hang.

You can see by the sheen on the image that the print is coated (this print happens to be metallic as well!):

Here’s the edge – the foam core provides an elegant, modern finish to the sides:

And here’s the back. You can see the pre-drilled holes that make it ready to hang:

The current pricing lists that I give to clients has mount pricing on them already – I’m working on reformatting the blog pricing page to include mounts – give me a few days!

#28 – Check!

I am soooo excited – I have completed a goal on my 101 in 1001 (actually I have completed bunches of them – click here to see)! I was published in a magazine! I was published in Design Aglow, which is an industry web magazine that I l.o.v.e. Design Aglow is run by the lovely Laura Novak and company and features so many awesome things for photographers. I was included in Issue 8 – the Essential Issue. They asked for our “Dirty Little Secrets” to get the shot, to run our businesses, etc., and my secret was included! Wahoo! Photogs, if you want to read the article – which has TONS of useful tips – go get Issue 8 at Design Aglow!
