Another week, another cute little boy finishes his Baby’s First Year plan! I can’t believe it! Once again, we need to go in the DRP Way, Way Back Machine… here’s Mr. Ryan when we first met him:

I’m so lovin’ the 1 year olds with the drool-y chins. Please tell me I’m not the only one!

B Family – it’s been delightful working with you this year – I can’t wait to watch your boys grow year after year. I don’t think it’s possible, but they seem to get more adorable every time I see them!

BTW – Mr. Ryan’s session marks the end of my client sessions before Miss A arrives… which could be any day now! Eeek! The next baby you’ll see on this blog is mine!

Oh. My. Goodness. I love this post and I hate this post all at once. I love it because, frankly, this family is adorable! I hate it because not only does it mark the end of Nayan’s Baby’s 1st Year Plan, it also comes with the news that this awesome family is moving. I know Sumeet is going to rock his new job in Colorado, but I hate to see them go! Now, to start off with a little “whoa!” from the DRP way, way back machine… here’s what Nayan looked like when I first met him:

Isabella + Family :: Dallas Baby Photographer

Miss Isabella’s 6 month session was such fun! Her Mama’s family from Brazil was in town and we got lots of fun pictures with the group. I’m sad to say, however, that one of the services that DRP offers is *not* Portuguese translation… I was very dependent on Isabella’s Mama, Leila, to handle getting everyone where they needed to be!

We’ll start off with one of Miss Isabella and her grandmother…

Oh, how I love to see this family! Jake & Ryan are two of the sweetest little boys who are such a joy to capture. The original intent of this shoot was to document Jake around his 3rd birthday, but weather and runny noses made us about a month late. Nevertheless, we had tons of fun tromping around the Arboretum!

Oh, how I love seeing Nayan (Molly & Sumeet, too!). He’s one of my baby’s first tykes and he only gets more adorable each time I see him. This time, he was 8 months old, sitting up all on his own (but not crawling… so he was still!), and SO incredibly expressive. I couldn’t begin to narrow down the images for a preview, so I created a collage of some of my favorite Nayan faces!

Molly… I promise that a ‘normal’ gallery is on its way – I just couldn’t resist sharing all of that adorable-ness!

This poor session… 1st it had to be delayed because Baby Isabella was sick. Ok. No big deal. We’ll get it done the next weekend. Then Mikel & I got sick and had to postpone it again. Yikes. Finally, we get the session done and I have to delay the posting of this sneak peek by about 36 hours because I got sick again! Oy. I’m on the mend now, and, well – Isabella is still as adorable as ever!!!

Meet Isabella :: Colleyville Newborn Photographer

Oh my goodness! Is Isabella ever a sweet little 13-day-old pumpkin! She was an absolutely adorable (and sleepy!) model for us today!

Her Mama told me that she was always in this pose when they went for sonograms, so I was so glad we captured it today:

I was so excited when Molly e-mailed and wanted to add on a session to Nayan’s Baby’s First Year plan. They are such a cute family, and I always love photographing little ones! We were working towards Christmas card images and I think we got a bunch of keepers! I couldn’t believe how much bigger Nayan had gotten since August. Babies always stay at the age that I last photographed them in my mind – it always blows my mind to see them bigger and cuter (if that’s possible!)!

Ryan + Jake :: Dallas Children Photographer

We were back with the awesome B family this morning for Ryan’s 6 month photos (of course, we always have to let big brother Jake in on the action too!) This is just a small preview of what’s to come – I have a feeling I will be doing an EPIC sized post of this session in the near future. In the words of Mikel: “Too. Much. Cute.”
