Oh. My. Goodness. I love this post and I hate this post all at once. I love it because, frankly, this family is adorable! I hate it because not only does it mark the end of Nayan’s Baby’s 1st Year Plan, it also comes with the news that this awesome family is moving. I know Sumeet is going to rock his new job in Colorado, but I hate to see them go! Now, to start off with a little “whoa!” from the DRP way, way back machine… here’s what Nayan looked like when I first met him:

As promised… cute overload, part 2! Miss Lanie is just getting more beautiful as she gets older (which seems kind of impossible because she’s been gorgeous since the day she was born!). I may be biased though…

Oh. Goodness! Get ready for some serious cute! My little second cousin, Katie, turned 2 recently and we had to get capture some of her absolutely adorable 2-ness!

The oh, so sweet (and patient!) F family participated in the benefit photo shoots for Baby Maxwell this past weekend. It was an absolute DELIGHT to work with them. Their girls are so sweet and precious! I know they’ve been dying for a sneak peek, so here’s just a few:

Oh, how I love to see this family! Jake & Ryan are two of the sweetest little boys who are such a joy to capture. The original intent of this shoot was to document Jake around his 3rd birthday, but weather and runny noses made us about a month late. Nevertheless, we had tons of fun tromping around the Arboretum!

*squeal* I love this session. Love, love, LOVE it! The images from this session have to be my favorite family session to date! It was sooooo incredibly hard to narrow down the preview for this family. The Z family were the winners of my Giving is Awesome giveaway last Christmas and I was so pleased to be able to do this session with them. From what I knew about them, I knew they were already beautiful people on the inside, but I got there and realized they were gorgeous on the outside too! I am so excited to have had the opportunity to capture the love and joy this special family shares!

I love the get a shot or two of just the parents. Most, like M + J, have not had their photo taken together since their engagements / wedding. So important to have photos of just the 2 of you!

Oh, how I love seeing Nayan (Molly & Sumeet, too!). He’s one of my baby’s first tykes and he only gets more adorable each time I see him. This time, he was 8 months old, sitting up all on his own (but not crawling… so he was still!), and SO incredibly expressive. I couldn’t begin to narrow down the images for a preview, so I created a collage of some of my favorite Nayan faces!

Molly… I promise that a ‘normal’ gallery is on its way – I just couldn’t resist sharing all of that adorable-ness!

I can’t even tell you how much fun it was to work with this set of cousins – ranging in age from 5 months to 13 years – this past weekend! We were working on some images for Mother’s Day gifts, and I think we’re going to have a lot of happy mommies and grandmas!
